This undeveloped residential allotment in the Stirling area of South Australia contains one regulated tree (as defined by the Development Act 1993) and numerous non-significant trees. An arboricultural assessment of all the trees concluded than the regulated trees (Ulmus procera – English elm) was not worthy of enforcing development constraints on the site but that several non-regulated trees were worthy of incorporating into the development.
