development residential trees removal retention regulations
This undeveloped residential allotment in the Stirling area of South Australia contains one regulated tree (as defined by the Development Act 1993) and numerous non-significant trees. An arboricultural assessment of all the trees concluded than the regulated trees (Ulmus procera English elm) was not worthy of enforcing development constraints on the site but that several non-regulated trees were worthy of incorporating into the development.
